Logistics Park Kansas City (“LPKC”) is a 1,000 acre intermodal-served logistics park situated 25 miles southwest of Kansas City in Gardner, Kansas.


BNSF Railway worked with Cisterra Development and The Allen Group to develop the project for distribution and warehouse facilities for their customers. With the rapid growth of the international trade and continuous west-to-east rail freight transit, LPKC serves as a key hub for major distribution to the population centers throughout the central United States. The project will consist of more than 7 million square feet of state of the art distribution facilities and create over 7,700 new jobs, providing a $1 billion economic impact to the state of Kansas.
